Consultations
During the global coronavirus pandemic, we made good experiences with consultations via online video conferencing. Meeting appointments are therefore also possible via video conference.
Fee
The fee is negotiated on acceptance of a mandate and is usually calculated on an hourly basis. The first in-person meeting is to be paid in advance for which the fee (in case of an online first meeting) is set at a lump sum of EUR 320. A shorter duration of the meeting does not lead to a partial refund. Payment is possible with all major credit cards or a PayPal account.
Software
By default we use Microsoft Teams which is available free of charge and very easy to use (an email with relevant details will be sent after the appointment is booked). The software solutions has a high standard of security.
