1. Introduction

Your agreement with us includes these terms of service and our privacy policy. You acknowledge that you have read and understood these agreements, and agree to be bound by them.
2. Automatic Booking of Appointments
In view of the global pandemic in connection with the coronavirus disease COVID-19, all consultations are preferably conducted via online video conferencing. Meetings in person or by telephone are also possible on request (by e-mail).
The first in-person meeting must be paid in cash. Online video conferencing must be paid in advance. For the first online-consultation our software charges a fee of EUR 320 per session. Payment is possible with all major credit cards or a PayPal account. You agree to pay our service costs and other fees as they apply.
Payment is a lump sum rate for 60 minutes. Shorter duration of the meeting than 60 minutes does not lead to partial refunds.
If you cancel the booking up to 24 hours before the set time of the meeting, you will be entitled to a full refund. If you cancel the booking within less than 24 hours of the set time of the meeting, you will not be entitled to a refund. Missing a booked appointment is considered a cancellation and does not entitle the client to a refund.
All appointment confirmations and communications regarding your appointment in general will be sent to the email address you indicate in our booking form. We would like to point out that the transmission of data on the internet in general and by email can involve security vulnerabilities. Accordingly, an error-free protection of data cannot be completely guaranteed. In this respect our liability is excluded.
For the protection of unforeseen obligations and sudden court dates, we reserve the right to reschedule booked dates in consultation with you.
We reserve the right to refuse appointments if we identify conflicts of interest or determine that cooperation would not be in the mutual interest. In such a case, as far as our time was not used, the paid meeting fee will be refunded.
